Chakra Tuning is a full-length collection of music and sound designed to balance each chakra and promote overall harmony. Each track contains the pure tone associated with each chakra. The intention behind the music which surrounds each pure tone is twofold: to complement the pure sine waves and to open the listener to receiving the healing benefits of these sacred frequencies.

For full immersion, headphones work best. However, unlike binaural beats, you do not have to use headphones in order to receive the healing benefits of these frequencies. One only needs to be able to hear the frequency to feel its effects. This music is best listened to lying down or sitting in a relaxed state. Listening while driving is not recommended.
